| New Staff Member - Charlene Dover |
| |
We are pleased to announce that Charlene Dover
has joined the VMAC team as Customer Service
Representative. She joins Rick, Terry and Stein on
the Customer Service line.
Charlene has many years of customer service
experience with major retail stores and high
technology manufacturing companies. Charlene is an
active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and is
fluent in english and french.

| New Staff Member - Dan Kowarski |

We are pleased to announce that Dan Kowarski
has joined the VMAC team as Territory
Representative. Dan is now looking after the
north-eastern USA and central Canada in the
following states/provinces: Connecticut, Maine,
Manitoba, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New
Jersey, New York, Ontario, Rhode Island,
Saskatchewan and Vermont.
Dan has extensive business and sales experience, and
has previously owned his own ultra-light aircraft
manufacturing business. More recently as General
Manager for a local company, he set up several sales
distribution networks in such places as Barbados and
The Bahamas

| Staff Change - Melanie Saxby |
| |
We are pleased to announce that Melanie Saxby
has changed positions at VMAC. She is now a
Territory Representative, looking after the
north-eastern USA and eastern Canada in the
following states/provinces: Delaware, DC, Labrador,
Maryland, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova
Scotia, PEI, Pennsylvania, Quebec, Virginia and West
Virginia.
Melanie was previous the Customer Service Team
Leader for VMAC. She is very excited to get out on
the road.

New product development is on track! You'll be able
to check out the new product at both NTEA Work
Truck Show in Indianapolis and ConExpo in Las

Thanks to all who came by or helped at our booth at
MinExpo in Las Vegas in September. The feedback
from everyone who visited us was awesome. The
mining industry is definitely an industry where we will
be focusing our attention.
