NEW Steel Idlers to replace Plastic Idlers
|
|
Now available!
VMAC is now including Steel Idlers with most of
the popular UNDERHOOD Air Compressor Systems.
Steel Idlers will eventually replace all Plastic
Idlers.
Some of the benefits of Steel Idlers are:
- Metal deflects dirt and grit particles in high
contamination environments to protect belt
performance.
- Metal resists abrasion to maintain proper belt
alignment.
- The thermal properties of steel dissipate and
distribute heat more evenly and efficiently to protect
bearings longer.
- Bearings do not distort significantly when pressed
into a steel pulley. Bearings that maintain correct
roundness last longer.

VMAC is proud to introduce the ELIMINATOR70 Air
AfterCooler. This lightweight and compact unit
eliminates up to 80% of moisture from your air-lines
and is rated for air systems up to 70 cfm.

UNDERHOOD VR70 For 2006 Duramax
|
|
It's almost ready!
We have completed engineering the UNDERHOOD
VR70
Air Compressor System for the 2006 GMC CK2500HD -
3500 6.6L Duramax Diesel. After we finalize a few
small details, the system will be available. The part #
is V900093.
You will find some noticeable improvements in the
design for 2006 Models:
- New digital control box: monitors system
pressure, battery voltage, park brake signal and
clutch
current, records error codes, and provides 200hr and
400hr service alerts.
- New VMAC Air Compressor: improves
performance, quality and delivery.
- New installation location: reduces
installation
time and makes installations and servicing easier.
